Jack Picicci was a larger than life Italian. He grew up 1 of 7 kids here in Washington, and graduated valedictorian in 1952 in a class of 13 students at Almira high school. He immediately went to follow in his dad and grandfather's footsteps and went to work for the railroad. The railroad and trains his main passion, aside from his family. He met the 1st love of his life Joyce and had 4 children with her before they sadly parted ways. He then married Barbara, adopted her child made her his own. Widow did 1999 he swore he would never marry again, however he did find a partner in Dorothy, who shared his sense of humor and love of life with just a little bit of mischief thrown in for fun. He lived his life on his own terms and was unapologetic about it. He was the quintessential old man screaming at the kids to get off his lawn but then would turn around and give the shirt off his back to someone in need. He loved working in the yard and then going into listening to classic country music. To most he was a proud Italian who loved all things trains, But he was so much more. Jack was the backbone of the family, He nature we were raised right and taught not to compromise our beliefs. He was firm, but tough, and made sure we never wanted for anything. He will be missed more than words could ever say. He is survived by 5 children Susan, Joseph, Michael, Jeffrey, and Malissa; As well as 11 grand kids in 24 great Grandchildren.
