Imogene ?Jean? K. Pulliam, 78 of Kennewick, Washington passed away peacefully on October 12, 2007, surrounded by her daughters at home. Jean was born June 18, 1929, in Millboro, South Dakota to Michael and Pearl Remaley Kinney. She was the second born in her family. Jean graduated from high school in Cedar Rapids, South Dakota. Her mother married John Kucera in 1943. She gained an additional 6 brothers and sisters. Jean moved to Richland in 1948 and began working at Hanford. She married Keith Pulliam at Christ the King Catholic Church in Richland June 28, 1952. They moved to Kennewick, where they raised their five daughters. Jean enjoyed traveling, especially trips to the Oregon coast with her family and friends. Keith and Jean had the opportunity to visit many parts of the world. One of the most memorable was when Keith worked on Guri Dam in Venezuela. They also took many cruises with family and friends. Her last cruise was Thanksgiving 2006, when she took her daughters to see the Mexican Rivera. Jean is survived by her daughters and sons-in-laws: Pam Mike Thurman of Kennewick, Charla Tony McCurie of Kennewick, Karen Ken Wessels of McMinnville, Oregon, Michelle Will Wise of Kennewick and Denise Gene Gonzales of Kennewick; sisters Donnare Novello of Ormond Beach, Florida, Colleen Davis of Fullerton, Nebraska, Edna Lahoda of Dolan Springs, Arizona, and brother Don Kucera of Klamath Falls, Oregon. She was the proud grandmother of 10 grandchildren and 6 ½ great grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her husband Keith; parents Michael Kinney, Pearl Kucera and husband John; her brothers Larry Kinney and Harlen Kinney; her sisters Ella Nelson, Vivian Wilson, Helen Anderson and Norma Kucera. There will be a Rosary for Jean on Monday, October 15, 2007, at 7:00pm, at the Parish of the Holy Spirit Catholic Church, 7409 W. Clearwater, in Kennewick. A Memorial Mass at the Parish of the Holy Spirit will be on Tuesday, October 16th, at 2:00pm. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Tri-City Cancer Center 7350 W.
