Henry Solbrack passed away at his home in Pasco, surrounded by his family, Sept 5th, 2025. Henry was born at home outside of Atwater MN, February 5th, 1926, to John and Anna Margaret Solbrack, where he was raised working with his dad and siblings on the family farm.

Henry married Lillian Duis Oct. 14th, 1950, where Lillian joined him on the farm. In 1953, they moved from MN to the Othello, WA area. Partnering with relatives, they started a land leveling business. Later, Henry worked as a ranch hand and eventually raised his own cattle and purchased land. He and Lillian continued raising cattle until 1996 at age 70. Then in 2011 they moved to Pasco.

Henry was a gentle and humble man, who will be remembered as an honest, hardworking rancher who enjoyed working outside with the horses and cattle. He lived a life of kindness that touched everyone he knew, greeting everyone with a warm smile and a twinkle in his eye. He loved gathering with relatives and friends for special occasions, a meal (including desert) or just a visit.

Henry and Lillian were charter members of the Pilgrim Lutheran church in Othello, which he helped build in the early 1950's. Daily devotion, prayer, and church were all part of his family's life. Henry was a devoted husband and dad, who enjoyed watching his kids, grandkids and great grandkids play in sports and show their animals at the fair.

Henry is preceded in death by his wife, Lillian; sisters, Mildred and Ardys; brothers, Milford and Irvin; and grandson, Gabe. Henry is survived by his children Bev Hollenbeck (Ron) Pasco, Tom Solbrack (Vicki) Othello, Kriste Solbrack (Steve Fries) Wenatchee, Brad Solbrack (Missi) Richland, Karla Tatar (George) Rapid City SD, 10 grandchildren and 17 great grandchildren, as well as numerous nieces, nephews.
