Janie McKee of Kennewick, Washington went to be with her Lord on May 20, 2011. She was born on October 19, 1920 in Henryetta, Oklahoma to Walter and Pearl Bales. After her parents both passed away, Janie and her sisters were raised by her aunt and uncle, Della and Rolly Crews. Janie met and married Walter Brooks. They adopted three children- James, Vida and Richard. After Walter's death, Janie married Victor McKee in Moses Lake, Washington. They moved to Pasco and opened and operated The Exchange Pawn Shop on Lewis Street until their retirement. Funeral services will be held Thursday, May 26th, 2011, at 11:00 a.m., at Mueller's Tri-Cities Funeral Home, 14th & Union Street, Kennewick. Dr. Don Fekete of Finley Baptist Church will preside.
