Helen Belle Bell, 98 of Kennewick, WA, passed away Saturday, June 7, 2008 in Kennewick. She was born December 2, 1909 in Missouri to the late Luke Munz and the late Blanche Hyser. She worked as a Secretary for Whittier School District and had been a legal secretary for the U.S. Navy during World War II. She was preceded in death by her husband and daughter Pamela Kinsman. Surviving are daughter Mollie Love of Kennewick and many grandchildren and great-grandchildren. At her request there will be no services. Viewing will be Thursday, June 12, 2008, 1:00pm-2:00pm, at Mueller's Tri-Cities Funeral Home 14th & Union Street in Kennewick, WA
