Heath Elliot Gilchrist was born July 31, 1973 in Kennewick, Washington to his parents Dennis and Dani Gilchrist. Heath died July 9, 2023 at the age of 49 years old. He is survived by his loving wife Christina R. Gilchrist; his son Hayden Brody Gilchrist, stepdaughter Sheyanne Orr; granddaughter Holley J. Camphouse; father and mother Dennis and Dani Gilchrist; sister Denise Frantti; niece and nephew, Brenna and Nolan Frantti; great niece Zelda Frantti; step aunt Julie Pearce; mother-in-law Sheryl Pearce and stepfather Jim Gordon; father Art Sturdefant and Maria Sturdefant; brother-in-law Brian Sturdefant, wife Amanda; sister Kelly Cornelious; cousin Cody Cameron; aunts and uncles, cousins and best friend Gary Plunkett.

Heath graduated from Kamiakin High School in 1991, attending CBC before joining the Navy in 1992. After getting out of the Navy in 1996, Heath attended WSU.

Heath met his wife Christina in 2000 and they married in 2016. Heath loved being a husband and father.

Heath loved sports and music and loved his family. The world has lost a great guy. His smile, his laughter, his kindness will be missed.

The funeral service will be Monday, July 17 at 2:00pm at Mueller's Tri-Cities Funeral Home on Union St. followed by a gathering at Life Tributes Center 314 W. 1st Ave. Please join us to celebrate Heath.
