Guy Alan Kelly, age 68, of Kennewick, WA, passed away on September 14, 2026, in Kennewick, WA.

Alan was born on February 10, 1958, in Kansas City, MO, to Wanda Mayvene “Peggy” Kelly and Guy Edward Kelly.

Alan met his wife of 49 years, Brenda, in 1975. They were married in 1977 and began their life together, raising two sons, Jeff and Mike. Throughout his adult life, Alan and his family moved many times before he and his wife settled in Kennewick, WA, 20 years ago.

Alan was a hard worker throughout his life, taking on physically demanding jobs to support his family. Before retiring in 2019, he spent 22 years working for Connell Oil, hauling fuel.

In his free time, Alan enjoyed being outdoors. He loved camping with family and friends, riding his Harley, spending time in his shop working on trucks, and attending his grandchildren’s sporting events.

Alan is survived by his wife, Brenda; his children, Jeff and Mike (Sheena); his grandchildren, Aiden, Logan, Gavin, Shelden, Brady, and Regan; his brother, Doug; his sister-in-law, Glenda Owens; his sister-in-law, Linda Payton (David); and many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, Peggy and Guy; his brother, Roger; his nephew, Jerry; and several other family members who will always be held dear in the hearts of those who loved them.

Family and friends will remember Alan for his seemingly gruff exterior, but anyone who knew him knew he was a softy at heart. He enjoyed the simple things in life—being outdoors, working in his shop, riding his Harley, and most of all, spending time with his family and dear friends. He will be deeply missed and forever remembered by those who knew and loved him.

A graveside memorial service will be held on Saturday, October 10, at 12:00 p.m. at City View Cemetery, 1300 N. Oregon Ave., Pasco, WA.
