Born on October 4, 1926 to Amelia and Johann Koenig in Balfour, North Dakota. She died on August 27, 2014 in Kennewick, Washington. She was preceded in death by her father Johann, mother Amelia, husband Ted, great-grandson Blain, sisters Irene, Eleanor, nieces Claudia and Linda. She is survived by son Pat Cooper, Liz Cooper, daughter Sharon (Roy) Fee, sister Delores, brother Myron, 17 grandchildren, 13 great-grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews. Gloria was a homemaker, wife, mother and grandmother who loved being surrounded by her family and friends who were such an enjoyment and blessing to her. She enjoyed playing piano, gardening, sewing, square dancing, reading, walking, and going out. She was very loving and supportive of her family. Gloria was a member of Grace Baptist Church in Kennewick, Washington. She will be greatly missed and will always be a loving memory in our hearts. A memorial service will be held Tuesday, September 2nd, at 1:00 p.m., at 4403 W 10th Ave., Kennewick, WA with a graveside service at Desert Lawn Memorial Park across the street.
