United States Air Force Veteran, loving husband, son, brother, father and grandfather passed away Thursday, August 26, 2021 at the age of 69. Frank was the beloved husband of Debra Parsons, both of Pasco, WA. He is also survived by his son Steven Parsons (wife Lisa) of Wichita, KS and his daughter Sandra Parsons of Pasco, WA. Frank has three grandchildren: Alexis Parsons, Brielle Parsons and Olivia Parsons all of Wichita, KS. Frank's mother Marie Powell survives him in Centralia, WA, which is also where Frank grew up. He has a sister, Susan Secrest (husband Tom) and family of Bainbridge Island, WA and a brother, Ken Powell (wife Lori) and family of Albuquerque, NM. Frank had a long career as a Computer Systems Analyst for the Boeing Company in Seattle, WA. He is also retired from Boeing. A Celebration of Life service is planned for Saturday, September 25, 2021 at 10:00 am, Centralia Christian Church 1215 West Main St., Centralia, WA 98531, (360) 736-7655.
