Our precious angel, Francis Rose, is now an angel in Heaven. Our Lord unexpectedly called her home on June 9th, 2008, as she took her last breath at home in her daddy's arms. Francis Rose was born on August 8th, 2007, with a fighting spirit. Before birth, she was diagnosed with a serious heart condition. Her little body fought through many surgeries and procedures, always recovering with a smile. She had endured more than any little one should. She showed more strength and courage than most people do in a lifetime. Although her time on this Earth was short, she managed to touch the lives of many. Her infectious smile and her sparkling beautiful eyes instantly lit up a room. Many people had the honor of meeting our little miracle, many more knew of her spirited fight. She was unbelievably blessed with love and prayers from around the world. Francis Rose represented hope, faith, strength, courage, love; she was living proof of the power of prayer. She enjoyed being entertained and loved on by her energetic big brother, listening to grandma sing to her, watching her uncle play football, and being held by those close to her. Every day and every night we thanked our Lord for blessing us with Francis Rose. She will forever be in our hearts. To say that she will be sorely missed is an understatement. How will we live without you baby doll? Francis Rose is survived by her loving parents, Oscar and Maria Shanna Murguia of Pasco; adoring brother, Oscar Romeo; maternal grandparents, Raul and Janie Vijil, paternal grandparents, Ignacio and Elsa Murguia; great-grandpa, Joe Garza; aunts and uncles, Raul Vijil and Sara Reilly, Sebastian Vijil, Roger Murguia, Norma Lilia and Joe Rojas, Rosa and Rene Barrios, Elvia Uribe, and Diana Murguia; and numerous great-aunts, great-uncles, cousins, and friends. We would like to thank all our family, friends, and incredible praying community for the amazing amount of continuous love, support, and prayer we have received. We would like to thank the staff of Sacred Heart Children's Hospital in Spokane for providing Francis Rose with the special care she needed. They all grew to love her during the times she spent in the hospital. There will be a viewing on Thursday June 12, 2008 from 9:00am to 6:00pm at Mueller's Greenlee Funeral Home in Pasco. The Holy Rosary will be recited on Thursday June 12 at 6:00pm at Mueller's Greenlee Funeral Home in Pasco, WA. The Mass will be at St. Patrick's Catholic Church, in Pasco, WA on Friday June 13, 2008 at 1:00pm. A Christian Burial will follow at City View Cemetery in Pasco. A Reception to follow Burial at St. Patrick's Catholic Church. Donations to assist in covering medical and funeral expenses may be made to any HAPO Credit Union under Francis Rose Murguia. All unused funds will be redirected in her name to Sacred Heart Children's Hospital and the SEARCH program at St. Patrick's Church.
