Francine Marie Hess (Swinney), deceased, 76, passed away on June 22, 2025, at home. She was the wife of Phillip Hess. They shared 43 years of marriage together.

Born in Honolulu, Hawaii, she was the daughter of William and Edna Swinney. She completed High School in Hawaii. She was a retail manager in several places: Hawaii, Georgia, Germany, Iowa, Tri-Cities. She enjoyed crafting, lighthouses and banana splits!

She will be remembered for her sweet spirit.

She is survived by her, husband, Phil; her daughter, Monique; and four grandchildren, Vianey, Alyana, Luciano and Luca.

She was preceded in death by her parents and grandparents.

The viewing will be held Wednesday, July 2, 2025, 4:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m., at Mueller's Greenlee Funeral Home, 1608 W. Court Street, Pasco, WA, 99301.
