Frances Luene Selby, 84, a member of City Church of Kennewick for 51 years, died Tuesday, September 15, 2009 at her home. She was born in Siloam Springs, Arkansas on October 6, 1924 where she grew up and graduated from high school. She met Arnold Selby and married on September 20, 1945. They had four children, Anita, Gene, Carla and June. They enjoyed 34 years together. She remained married in spirit for her life. Frances held many roles in her life ? caregiver, meat wrapper, ceramics teacher and a host of others ? none was more important to her than being everything for Arnold. Preceded in death by her husband, Arnold, daughters Anita and June, and great-great-granddaughter Laynee. She is survived by her son Gene and daughter Carla, twelve grandchildren, twenty-eight great-grandchildren and one great-great?grandchild. Viewing will be held Friday, September 18, 2009, 5:00pm to 8:00pm, at Mueller?s Tri-Cities Funeral Home 1401 South Union Street, Kennewick. Funeral Services will be Saturday, September 19th, 1:00pm, also at Mueller?s Tri-Cities Funeral Home.
