Obituary

Floyd Eldon Dahlke, 78, of Kennewick, died September 1, 2007 at the Chaplaincy Hospice House. He was born October 17, 1928 to Fredrick and Gertrude Allen Dahlke in Kalispell, Montana. He worked in electronics most of his adult years. He served 22 years in the USAF, and worked 16 years at the Naval Shipyard in Bremerton. He enjoyed nine years in Mesa, AZ as a snow bird and lived the past three years in Kennewick. He lived to become a kind and gentle man, much loved by his family and friends. Papa, Dad, Sweetheart and friend, you are loved and missed. He is survived by his wife, Margaret; children Gayla Steve Reed of Port Orchard, WA, Brian Dahlke, Lori Henry Meyer, and DeDe Larry Tibbetts all from Bremerton area; 21 grandchildren and 21 great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents; brothers Fred, Leo and Roger and a granddaughter, Melissa Tibbetts. Memorial Services will be held at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints 515 S. Union, Kennewick on September 5, 2007 at 11:00am. Burial will be at Tahoma National Cemetery near Kent, WA on September 6, 2007.
