Ella Schroeder was born November 19, 1919 to Ted and Mary Spencer. She was raised north of Faith, South Dakota, later moving to Pasco, Washington as an adult. Ella had 2 children, Fritz and Dency. She worked as a seamstress and also a dance instructor for many years. Ella Passed away March 10, 2008. Those who were blessed to share her life were her husband, Al Schroeder; sister-in-law, Violette Spencer; brother, Gene Escott; and sister, Mary Lou Donn King; and a host of nieces and nephews as well as very special friend, Jordan and Alieta Vojta of Richland, Washington. She was preceded in death by her father, Ted Spencer; mother, Mary Escott; step-father, Hank Escott; children, Fritz and Dency; sisters, Ellen Bennett Reed, Arlene George Ogdahl and Jennie Butt; and brothers Melvin Spencer and Jerry Escott. Graveside services will be held on Friday, March 14, 2008 at 1:00 PM at Riverview Heights Cemetery in Kennewick, Washington.
