Elizabeth "Beth" Marie Thursby was born December 29, 1983 in Spokane, WA to Rick & Kathy Thursby. She passed away in Kennewick, WA on Jan. 27, 2013 after slipping into a Diabetic coma. Beth leaves behind her Parents, Rick & Kathy Thursby, sister Emily Stough and her husband Wayne, and her brother Paul Thursby. She also leaves behind her maternal Grandparents, Ken & Lois Johnston of Spokane, Beth's companion Jillian Everett and 4 Cats, along with Uncle and Aunts, and several cousins, and many friends. Beth was an energetic, exuberant, and eager learner as a child. She was very much a homebody who wanted to be around her family, and especially Kathy. She smiled readily and often and would just melt your heart as she would smile and giggle. Her heart was so big for her family and was a loyal and loving friend. In her youth she developed a love for softball and baseball. Beth started playing T-Ball at age 5 and softball at age 8. She played competitive softball as a teenager and especially loved that her Dad was her coach as a High School Junior. As an adult she was an avid Baseball fan and always supported her favorite team, The Boston Red Sox. Beth loved music, movies, culinary arts, TV, art, poetry, and traveling. She would express her love and caring of friends and family through her cooking. There was nothing she loved more than making a delicious meal for them. Memorial services will be held Saturday, February 2, 2013, 12:00 p.m., at Calvary Chapel on Clearwater Avenue in Kennewick.
