Obituary

Eddie peacefully left us to be with our heavenly Father on June 22, 2013. He was born in Pasco on February 6, 1964, to Frank and Mary Alice Munoz. He is survived by his wife, Martha; his children, Irene, Ralph, Eddie, Jr., and Xavier; his grandchildren, Isaiah, Kiree, Tristen and a grandson due in July; his mother, Mary Alice Escalante; and his siblings, Betty, Mary, Frank, Barbara, Cindy and Patsy. He was preceded in death by his father. Eddie will be remembered by so many for his kind heart and his love for sports. He lit up any room he walked into, whether it be with his smile or one of his pranks that he loved to pull on people. He could spark up a conversation with anyone and would make everyone laugh. If there was a new prank toy to be bought, Eddie was the first to buy it. He loved to make people laugh and be the center of the party. Anyone who knew Eddie knows that he owned just about every team jersey there was to own. If someone needed to know who won a game or anything about the latest draft picks, Eddie was the man who could answer all the questions. Eddie loved to be around family, whether it be a family BBQ, birthday or holiday party, or any get-together to watch a game on TV. Eddie would bake and decorate his house for every holiday like no one else. His children, grandchildren and many nieces and nephews will miss him greatly. Most people would say that Eddie was still a kid at heart and brought so much joy to everyone he was around. Everyone will also miss hearing his many nicknames that he had for so many people. A memorial service will be held on the football field at McLoughlin Middle School, 2803 N. Road 88, Pasco, at 4:00 p.m. on Saturday, June 29th. The family has requested that guests wear sports attire in honor of Eddie. There will be a potluck reception on the field immediately following the memorial service. Muellers Greenlee Funeral Home in Pasco is in charge of the arrangements.
