Obituary

Earl Linden Dooley, age 63, passed away while elk hunting on October 27, 2007. He was born on March 27, 1944 in DeQueen, Arkansas, son of the late John Patrick and Dora Brizendine Dooley. Earl served his country as a Naval Laboratory and Histo-Pathology Technician for twenty-one years. He served in Vietnam from June 1968 to June 1969. Earl was employed throughout the Tri-Cities, Walla Walla and currently with Advanced Medical & Cosmetic Dermatology. He was a life member of the Washington State Archery Association, VFW-Oregon Post 7752, Navy Fleet Reserve Association and Histology ASCP. Earl enjoyed sharing and teaching his love of the outdoors with his grandson, Andrew. He is preceded in death by his parents; stepfather and sister Mary Dooley. Survivors include his companion and wife of 42 years: Roseanne R. Abel Dooley; two children: Kevin Dooley of Oregon and Beth Dooley Harris of Kennewick; grandchildren whom he was very proud of: Tiffany Dooley, Samantha Nelson and Andrew Dooley. He is further survived by brothers John Patricia Dooley and Keith Ayers and numerous nieces, nephews, sisters and brothers-in-law. Memorial Services will be held Friday, November 2, 2007 at 1:00pm at Mueller?s Tri-Cities Funeral Home, 1401 South Union Street in Kennewick with Pastor John Hergert officiating. In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund will be established at a later date.
