Obituary

Dorothy Ann Gross of Kennewick peacefully passed away with her family at her side Thursday March 30, 2006. She was 70 years of age. She was born to Adolf and Martha Hibl in Poplar Montana. She was a resident of the Tri-Cities for 46 years. She was a homemaker, teacher?s aid and secretary of the Pasco Association of Educators. She married Daniel L. Gross on September 26, 1956 in Poplar Montana. She loved to work in her garden and yard. She especially loved to spend time with her family, particularly her grandchildren and great grandchildren. Dorothy?s mother, father, and brother Robert preceded her in death. She is survived by her husband of 49 years, Daniel. Dorothy is also survived by two brothers, Richard of Montana, Ed of Nevada and her sisters Alice Thorsen of Montana and Mary Deschenes of Arizona. Also surviving are six children, Julia Gross Rod Hall, John Gross, Mark Gross Keri, Chris Gross, Michael Gross, Annette Coonfield Bryan, eight grandchildren, Eric Bradford Julia, Danielle Horntevedt and Michelle Gross John, Ryan Bates and Kailee Gross Mark, Benjamin and Nicholas Gross Chris, Michael Tucker Annette; four great grandchildren, Jamayka, Shantille and Trevon Danielle and Tyran Michael Tucker. A Rosary will be held at Holy Spirit Church in Kennewick on Friday, April 7, 2006 at 5:00 p.m. A Memorial Mass will be held at Holy Spirit Church in Kennewick on Saturday, April 8, 2006 at noon.
