Dora Dean Carruth Welch passed away to greater things on July 9, 2011 at 2:30 pm. She was born on October 31, 1917 at Cederview, Utah to loving parents David Carruth & Margaret Mitchell. She met and fell in love with Norman Arvil Welch A Connell Washington Farmer at a dance and he swept her off her feet and they were married 2 weeks later. They made a good life for themselves in Connell. Dora Dean Welch was a nurturing mother and grandmother, she loved to go walking with her Grandchildren and she always had time to play with them. She also put on the best holiday parties for them; they were truly enchanting. We love her and will miss her until we meet again. Her departing services are being held at Connell LDS Church on Friday, July 15th at 2:00 pm. A graveside dedication will follow after the services at Mountain View Cemetery.
