Donald E. Edminster, 80, passed away on July 31, 2007 in Kennewick, Washington. Don was born to Milton and Vesta Parfitt Edminster on September 16, 1926 in New London, Wisconsin. Don loved hunting and playing the guitar. He served in the US Army and moved from Omro, Wisconsin to Tri-Cities, WA in 1977. He was a member of the Spokane Teamsters Union Local 370. Don also spent time with the Benton County Sheriff?s Department as a Reserve Police Officer. Don worked for McMillin Brothers in Richland, WA operating cranes. Prior to retirement, Don spent eighteen months working in Maui, Hawaii and loved whale watching every opportunity he got. Don was a hardworking family man that loved his country. Donald is survived by his wife of 51 years, Marian; daughter Donna Maxwell Federal Way, WA; sons Don Barbara Edminster Kennewick, WA, Berry Edminster California and Bruce Edminster California; numerous grandchildren; brother Everett Edminster Wisconsin Dells, WI and sister Evelyn Rousch Battle Creek, MI. Graveside Inurnment will be Thursday, August 2, 2007, 1pm, at Desert Lawn Memorial Park, 10th & Union, Kennewick.
