Dolores Fern Tutwiler, 75 of Kennewick, WA, passed away Wednesday, January 7, 2009 in Kennewick General Hospital. She was born Saturday, September 23, 1933, in Custard, South Dakota, Daughter of the late Raymond J. Combs and the late Mollie Bauer. She worked as a Homemaker for Own Home. Surviving are Daughter, Victoria Higgins, 2 Grandsons, 1 Granddaughter and 3 Greatgrandsons. She was preceded in death by her husband, Eugene Stanley Tutwiler. Services will be held at a later date.
