Dianne Marie (Carlyle) Leach was born in Sunnyside, WA on August 7, 1947 to Juanita "Jo" and James "Jack" Carlyle. She left a huge void when she left this world at her home in Kennewick, WA on December 3, 2023. She had been anxiously awaiting to reunite with her Husband Mike Leach and her only son Chris Leach, in Heaven.

Dianne grew up in Hermiston, OR. She was the oldest of three brothers and she was like their second Mom! She taught Steven to read and write before he even started school! She taught them to ride bikes and many other things kids back then needed to know. On January 25, 1969, she married the love of her life, Mike Leach. His career with Shell Oil Company led them to explore and live all over the country. California, Texas, and New Jersey to name a few. While in New Jersey, Dianne was the President of the Cranbury Women's Club. She also was co author of a cookbook or two. Dianne loved to cook and it showed. To her, cooking a meal for her family was a huge deal and a sign of her love. She and Mike often enjoyed an elegant meal along with a nice bottle of wine.

In 1988, Dianne felt the need to move her family back to the west coast to be closer to her parents and the rest of her family. Her husband Mike, who adored her dearly, wholeheartedly agreed to move across the country, so she could be home. Together they started Centennial Truck Lines, in Tacoma, WA. That Company then branched out and The Leach family built Centennial Tank Cleaning in Sunnyside, WA. Mike and Dianne then moved to Sunnyside, WA. While in Sunnyside, Dianne was involved with YWCA, Nouvella Women's Club and she also donated to many local schools, Toys for Tots and Coats for Kids. Established in 1991, Dianne was incredibly proud of her son Chris for running the Company after his Dad Mike passed away in 1999. And she was even more proud to have her Grandson Parker take over after his Dad passed in 2005. Needless to say, she was very proud of her boys.  Outside of the Family business, Dianne was very proud of her Granddaughter Ava. Going into the Medical field to help take care of her Grandma!  Dianne was really looking forward to seeing Parker and Brooke and also Ava and Robert get married in the Fall of 2024.

Dianne is survived by her daughter, Lisa and her Husband, Steve Floyd, Grandson, Parker Leach and his fiance Brooke, her Granddaughter, "Sweet pea," Ava Leach and her fiance Robert. Her brother John Carlyle, Steven Carlyle, and Jeff Carlyle and his wife Gwen. She is also survived by her "sister cuz", Louanne Stiltner and her husband Scott. Since Dianne nor Louanne had biological sisters and they grew up together, they always got each other "sister" cards. After all, that's what sisters did! And her lifelong best friends Bonnie Winkenwerder and Janis Howard. Also her close neighbor, Marie Crockett. Not to mention her Aunts, cousins, nieces and nephews.
