On Wednesday September 9th, 2026, Daniel Lee Roach 44 was called home to be with our Lord and Savior. Daniel was born October 14th, 1981, to Sidney and Barbara Roach in Sunnyside Washington. He was raised through his early childhood there with his brother James until the summer of 1996 when as a family they moved to the Washington Coast.

Daniel completed high school in Ocean Shores Washington where he graduated as a North Beach Hyak in 2000. While in school Daniel was active in Football, Wrestling, Golf, Track and Field. His Senior Project was to build a floating bridge across “Cyber Lake” and his bridge still spans the body of water on the school grounds today. In those days Daniel would be found with his friends around bonfires, riding horses on the beach, blazing a trail on dirt bikes or his three-wheeler, anything outdoors and assured lots of smiles and laughs along the way.

After high school Daniel’s eagerness to pursue life had him taking work that allowed him to travel. He has worked the oil field on the North Slope in Alaska, Gold Mines in Nevada, Timber Industry in Idaho and Western Washington, and High Rail work took him to the Southern States, as well as working the Pacific Northwest for derailments and rail load reconfiguring. He liked operating equipment anywhere he could, and his CDL had him over the road hauling freight and locally he hauled equipment as well as worked harvest season.

All these roads Daniel traveled in life, and he made his home in Tri Cities where he found his way to Misti. They married on November 22nd of 2003 and settled in West Richland where they filled their home with love and memories along with their four children. Daniel will always be known for his giving nature, love for his family, always having a smile with a kind word, and a way of bringing a laugh to any situation.

Daniel was preceded in death by his parents Sidney and Barbara Roach. Daniel is survived by: his wife Misti Roach, and children Michael Roach, Devin Roach, Makayla Roach, and Desarae Roach, Brother James (Jennifer) Roach, Parent in-laws Rick (Kim) Tyrrell, Brother in-law Tyler Tyrrell, Sister in-law Breanne (Andrew) Jilcott. Daniel is also survived by his Nieces, Nephews, Aunts, Uncles, Cousins and Friends.

Celebration of life for Daniel will be held at Anchor Point Church in Grandview Washington on Saturday September 26th at 2:00pm.
