Daniel Lee Larrinaga, of Kennewick, passed away Tuesday, June 9th, 2015, of natural causes. Danny was born August 20, 1979, in Pasco, Washington. He came home to parents, Pedro and Sarah, who had spent many years hoping and praying for him. While growing up Danny loved to spend time with his family, whether it was trips to Grandma's house, visiting the family farm, camping, or playing card games, there was always a great time to be had and memories to be made. Through the support and encouragement of friends, Danny found the job of driving long haul trucks. This "job" became his passion. However, no matter where across the country he went, he always managed to find opportunities to come home and visit family. Danny continued this career until health concerns caused him to change paths. Danny's new passion became technology. If you had a technology question he could solve it. He spent many hours on the phone with his mom and sister explaining how to fix their "simple" computer problems without complaint. Danny loved cooking. Many conversations with friends and family revolved around new recipes that he had made. He spent many hours cooking with friends and sharing recipes, tips, and tricks to make a recipe turn out just right. Danny's accepting, kind heart had a way of making others feel as though they were fine just the way they were. He is survived by his parents, Pedro and Sarah of Pasco, his sister Carmen of Nampa, Idaho, and numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends that loved him and will miss him deeply. A graveside service will be held at Pasco's City View Cemetery, on Friday, June 19, at 1:00. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Humane Society.
