Daniel A. Kippes of Kennewick passed away February 4, 2018. He is survived by grandparents Allan and Patti Ackerman of Yakima, parents Susan Ackerman and Richard Kippes of Kennewick, sister Valerie Jove of Simi Valley, CA and Pamela Kippes of Torrance, CA. Daniel is preceded in death by grandparents Victor and Dorothy Kippes of Kennewick. Son, brother, and friend to many. Dan graduated from Port Angeles High School on the Olympia Peninsula as well as from Eastern Washington University, Cheney, WA. He enjoyed the outdoors including snowboarding, mountain biking, surfing, and beach camping. He also enjoyed Regae and Indie Alternative music, his workouts at the gym, and having a microbrew with his pals or sisters.
