Charlotte Wilcox, 78, passed away on June 20, 2015 surrounded by family and her loving husband, Charlie Wilcox, at home in Finley, Washington after a long battle with COPD. Charlotte was born on October 9, 1936 in Yakima, Washington. After moving all over Washington, she settled in Kennewick where she raised her children Bob Percifield (Oksana), Monty Percifield (Janet), Terry Percifield, Chad Wilcox (Annette), Laura (Wilcox) VanHollebeke (Mark), and stepchildren Guy Wilcox (Kathy), Gary Wilcox (Diana), Julie (Wilcox) Davenport (Danny), and Robin (Wilcox) Baugh (Graham). These children went on to raise many children and grandchildren of their own. There will be a graveside service Friday, June 26th, 2015, 10:00 a.m., at Desert Lawn Memorial Park, 10th and Union Street, Kennewick. A Celebration of Life will be held at Kennewick Valley Grange on 27th Avenue and Washington Street, immediately following the graveside service.
