Charlie, also known as Nene, was a beloved father, brother, son, friend and husband who unfortunately passed December 5th, of 2024. He was born in Los Angeles, California where he was raised by his mother Antonia. He grew up with his brothers and sister, Geovanny, Daniel, Julio, David and Jennifer. Growing up Charlie was a very energetic, warm-hearted, passionate kid always ready to face anything in his path no matter the consequences. As an adult he became a man of many talents, specifically in the artistic field. As many of you who have recently met him, you know how talented and dedicated he was with his art and are privileged to have some of it inked on you. Throughout his journey of becoming a tattoo artist he met his fiancé Ira who he met in Los Angeles and ended up in Washington, where he continued to share his talent with many of you here. Charlie is survived by 2 beautiful children Delilah, Zylas and stepson Isaiah. He will be deeply missed by all who knew him.
