Charles Maurice Magnuson, age 88, passed on to be with our Heavenly Father September 2017. He was born in Regan, ND on November 18, 1928. Charles served honorably during the Korean War as a Radioman U.S. Army. After fulfilling his military commitment, he returned to Bismarck, ND and completed telegraph school and was employed by the Union Pacific Railroad. He also enlisted in the U.S. Naval Reserves and retired as a Radioman Master Chief. Charles retired from the Union Pacific Railroad after 41 years of dedicated service. Charles and his wife Suzanne have resided in the Tri-Cities since 1978. He was a devout Christian, beloved husband, and wonderful father. He is survived by wife Suzanne, daughters Paula Marshall, Theresa Stefani, Sandy Hogue, Claire Comstock, and Kathy Linares, and six beautiful grandchildren. He also has friends and family in Washington State, Montana, North Dakota, South Dakota and California.
