Charles Kendall Harding, born February 8, 1938 in Webb City, Missouri, moved to Washington in 1942 and attended schools in Yakima and Richland as well as Missouri and Pittsburgh, PA. Served, honorably in the U.S. Navy and retired a Colonel in the U.S. Marine Corps. Joined the Electrical Workers Union 112 in 1960 and worked throughout the U.S. in various capacities as a journeyman, supervisor and WA State Electrical Inspector. Enjoyed traveling in his motor home, camping and fishing. Loved helping people and animals and enjoyed making new friends. He met his wife, Peggy, while employed in Atlantic City, NJ in 1986. Ken retired in 1999 and Peggy retired in 2009, they sold their home in Washington and moved into their motor home. They bought a home in Arizona and lived there for 2 years. They sold their home in Arizona in 2011 and returned to Washington State to live.
