Caroline Alice (Miller) Klemetsen Obituary
A private grave side service will be held at Desert Lawn Memorial Park.
Caroline A. Klemetsen, passed away peacefully on November 13, 2025, at Ceil Memory Care with loving caregivers at her side.
Caroline was born on September 8, 1938 in Devils Lake, North Dakota to parents Hugh Sr. and Hazel Miller and raised on the family farm in Loman, Minnesota. Caroline attended Indus School through the 11th grade. It was there that she met her beloved husband, Lyle.
On August 19, 1956, after falling in love, Lyle and Caroline were united in marriage. The couple lived in International Falls, Minnesota. Caroline worked various jobs, but the most important was raising her children, as Lyle worked at the Paper Mill. Caroline was raised in a Christian family, but found the truth and dedicated her life to serving our loving God Jehovah in 1963. She worked diligently helping others learn the truth about Jehovah and remained faithful to the end.
In 1979, she moved to Salem, Oregon as Lyle transferred for his work, eventually settling in Walla Walla and the Tri-Cities in Washington. In 1997, they retired and traveled the United States in an RV for a year. After their travels, they purchased land to build a small farm outside of Castle Rock, Washington. She enjoyed caring for her cattle, Chinese Geese, chickens, and goldfish in her pond. She enjoyed working around and putting bark on her 90 ornamental trees and bushes. In 2019, Caroline and Lyle moved back to Tri-Cities, Washington.
Caroline is survived by her children: DelRoy (Sandy), LeeRoy, ElRoy (Tina), MelRoy (Diane); grandchildren: Rylan, Milleana, Zachary (Lexi), Tyerell (Janae), Shamika, Kiana (JD), Ariana, Brittany, Chandler, Dakota, Roman, Nathan, Staci, Havana, Mason; 10 great-grandchildren: Barak, Josiah, Eli, Zephlynn, Tristan, Bianca, Scarlette, Cadan, Atlas, Kylen, sister Evelyn Castle and brother Hugh Jr. (Bonnie) Miller; and numerous nephews and nieces.
