Bright Morgan Bowe, 77, of Kennewick was born to Walter and Bonnie Bowe on March 12, 1938 in Fort Smith, Arkansas and passed on March 11, 2016. He was a longtime resident of 55 years in the Tri-City area. Bright had numerous accomplishments in life. He was a former General Manager of a Chrysler dealership, creator of the first Police Officer Reserve in Pasco, involvement with American Legion baseball, Benton County Undersheriff, Manager of Investigations at Hanford, 20 plus years and past Potentate of EL-Katif Shrine in Spokane and owned and operated Bowe and Associates Investigations, LLC. Bright is preceded in death by his father, Walter and mother, Bonnie Bowe. He is survived by his wife of 53 years, Teresa, five children, Mike (Marijo), Rick (Jennifer), Bob, Barry (Deena), Becky Detloff (Greg), 9 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren. Graveside services will be Wednesday, March 16, at 11am, at Desert Lawn Memorial Park on 10th and Union. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Shriners Hospital in Spokane, WA.
