Obituary

Boyd W. Seal, 82, of Moses Lake, Washington, passed away on October 11th, 2024, surrounded by his loving family after battling cancer.

He was born to Roy and Alice Seal on February 5th, 1942, in Tomsbrook ,Virginia. He graduated from Strasburg High School, then joined the United States Airforce to serve his country. During his time in the Airforce, he was stationed in Newbury, England where he met his wife, Margaret Rowe. After marrying and having their first child, Michelle, they returned to the USA where he began his long career as a telephone cable splicer. In 1981 he joined the National Guard and continued to serve his country until 1996, when he retired at the rank of Sergeant First Class. During his time in the military, he received multiple awards for marksmanship and conduct. As a retiree, he continued to keep busy by delivering flowers for the business his oldest children own. He had a desire to help and was very faithful in his monthly donations to St Jude and Disabled American Veterans.

He is survived by his wife (Margo), four Children (Michelle, Michael, Marcus and Rachael), eight grandchildren (Amanda, Nickolas, Joshua, Kristin, Ryan, Jacob, Jesse, Aaron) and four great grandchildren (Audrey, Ava, Saige, Kasey). He will be greatly missed. He was a Bible believing Christian who accepted Christ as his Savior. His family takes comfort in knowing they will see him again one day.

In lieu of flowers, he would like donations made to St Jude or Disabled American Veterans.
