Billy Ray Wilkins

Billy was the third child of seven born to Reverend Bill and Sadie Wilkins in Winnsboro, Louisiana. He and the family moved to Pasco to in 1952 or 1953. Attended Whittier elementary school Mcglaughlin JHS and Pasco High.

Worked in the Hanford area as a pipefitter and later was employed by Pacific Northwest Bell Telephone Company as a coin operator.

Member of Morning Star Missionary Baptist Church where he served as an usher.

On March 29th, God decided to receive him Home, and to this life, he is no more. The impact of Billy's life and legacy will continue to live on in the hearts he leaves to cherish his memories: He leaves to mourn his wife, Susan; brother, Albert (Kathlene); and sister, Ernestine Green; children, Chauncey (Kimyetta) Wilkins and Tonya Wilkins; six grandchildren, Demetre wilkins, Chauncey Wilkins Jr., Millicent Mcgee, Mia Mcgee, Michele Mcgee and Marlow Mcgee; four great-grandchildren, Camile, Skyy, Cody and Jasmine as well as a number of nieces, nephews and cousins.

Billy is preceded in death by his parents, Bill and Sadie Wilkins; brothers, Oliver (RT), Nathaniel (Ned), Anthony (Tony), and Jerry ,as well as sister, Marilyn.
