Beverly Joan Horrocks passed away Saturday, July 26, 2008, joined her husband Terold Walter Horrocks, who passed away February 20, 2004, and will be reunited with her Heavenly Father. Beverly was born August 3, 1937 in Twin Falls, Idaho to Benjamin L. McClure and Elsie Simpson. She had two brothers who preceded her in death, Ben and Richard. Beverly has two sisters as well, Betty and Gloria. Beverly had seven children, Cindy, Ken, Russ, Rick, Shelly, Mike and Tammy, eleven grandchildren and five great-grandchildren. In 1944 Beverly and her family moved to Utah at age seven. In 1967 Beverly married Terold Walter Horrocks. In 1968 they moved to the Olympia area, then in 1980 to the Tri-City area. In 1982, she became a bus driver for Ben Franklin Transit, where she worked for 19 years when she retired in 2001. Beverly was active in the LDS church since 1991, working as a librarian, compassion services, and as a visiting teaching District Leader. She enjoyed fishing, camping, many outdoor activities, swimming, gardening, crafts, and was an animal lover. Beverly was a wonderful wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, friend, and sister, she will be greatly missed by all that love her. She is survived by her seven children, eleven grandchildren, and her five great-grandchildren. The Funeral Service will be Saturday, August 2, 2008 at 10:00am at the Burbank Ward of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, 245 Lake Rd. Burial will follow at City View Cemetery in Pasco. Viewing will be Friday, August 1, 2008 from 5:00pm to 8:00pm at Mueller's Greenlee Funeral Home, 1608 W. Court St, Pasco, Washington.
