Barbara Annette Quattlebaum, of Kennewick, Washington, went home to be with her Lord and Savior on July 24, 2026, in Richland, Washington, just two days after celebrating her 81st birthday.

Barbara was born on July 22, 1945, in St. Clair, Michigan, to Dorsen Lee and Grace Hiawatha Dandron. Barbara accepted Jesus Christ as her Lord and Savior and, throughout her life, her faith remained an important part of who she was. She was a devoted wife to her husband, James, and together they shared 48 years of marriage. She cherished her role as a mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother and was blessed with a large family whom she loved. She will be remembered by her children, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and all who knew her, and her memory will continue to live on in their hearts.

Barbara is survived by her beloved husband, James Quattlebaum; her children, Bobbie Deskins, Paul Clements, Theresa Clements, Dorcie Erickson, and Tracie (Quattlebaum) Hicks and husband, Adam Hicks; her stepchildren, Kimberly Hillman, Karen Gallagher, and John Quattlebaum; her grandchildren, Branden Blitch, Jake Deskins, Casey Deskins, Kelcie Jurgonski, Zachary Clements, Larson Watia, Brodey Hicks, Gunnar Ohler, and Zander Ohler; and eight cherished great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Dorsen and Grace Dandron; her parents-in-law, James Elmer and Josephine Beatrice Quattlebaum; her son, Peter Clements; her grandson, Colton Clements; her sister, Della Rosemary Bedford; her brothers, Gene Dandron, Robert Dandron, and Harold Dandron; and her brother-in-law, Leonard Quattlebaum.

While our hearts grieve her absence, we find comfort in knowing she is no longer suffering and is at peace in the presence of her Savior. Though we will miss her beyond words, we are grateful for the years we shared with her and for the memories that will forever remain in our hearts. Her love will continue to be reflected in the lives of her family, and her memory will always be treasured.

In accordance with Barbara's wishes, no celebration of life will be held. The family asks that you honor her memory by cherishing your loved ones, extending kindness to others, and holding close the memories you shared with her.
