Barbara I Borisch, 80, of Kennewick WA, passed away on Monday March 27th after a long hard 7-year battle with Cancer.

Barb was born on September 21, 1942 to William & Sophronia Dyar in Birmingham, Alabama. Never losing her Southern tone or southern hospitality.

In 1965 She met the love of life while working at Colorado School of mines as the assistant to the president of the University, Barb met undergrad & ROTC student Ronald R Borisch. They married the day after Ron graduated from college. They went on to have two children, Robert W Borisch & Daniel A Borisch.

Barbs passions in life were RV travels, the outdoors, holidays and gardening but her greatest loves were her family & friends and being Grandma. She was her grandkids biggest fan & supporter. Attending of all their many activates and sports. She was so very proud of all her grand kids and loved her life with them. She thrived on taking them to doctor appointments, sporting events, practices, baking for them, taxi service, taking them camping, shopping, you name it nothing was too much for Grandma. Barb was the matriarch of the family.

Barbara was predeceased by her parents William & Sophronia Dyar, and her son Daniel A. Borisch. Barb is survived by her husband of 58 years Ronald Borisch, Her son Robert Borisch, Sister Bille Sue Garber. Her Grandkids Keven Borisch, Jordan Borisch, Morgan Felgamacher, Samuel Borisch, Zachary Borisch, Asia Borisch and Gabriel Borisch and Great grandkids Landon & Isabel

Services will be held at Mueller's Tri-Cities Funeral home in Kennewick, Monday April 3rd the viewing is from 4-8pm, funeral service will be Tuesday April 4th at 11am at the funeral home, with burial to follow at Desert Lawn Memorial Park.
