In Loving Memory of Armando Arevalo

Armando Arevalo, born in Texas on August 29, 1956, transitioned from this life on January 27, 2024, leaving behind a legacy of love, laughter, and cherished traditions. Growing up in Texas with his siblings—Eva, Teresa, Lupe, and his brother Manuel—Armando developed a strong sense of family and community.

At the age of nineteen, Armando made Kennewick his home, where he built a life of 45 years with his beloved wife, Becky. Their enduring love and partnership were the foundation of countless memories and shared experiences, including unforgettable long and loud road trips.

Armando found joy in various pursuits, from passionately cheering on his favorite sports teams, the Seahawks and Mariners, to embracing his creative side through arts and crafts. His enthusiasm for decorating, especially during Halloween and Christmas, brought a special magic to family celebrations. From hitting a piñata at Easter to delivering goodie boxes for Christmas, Armando's love for traditions added warmth and joy to every occasion.

In addition to his family life, Armando dedicated more than 40 years of his career, working diligently between the phone company and at Hanford. His commitment and hard work left a lasting impact on those he worked with, contributing to the success of the organizations he served.

Armando loved plants, flowers, and spending time in nature, often immersing himself in the simple pleasures of digging around in the dirt. His connection to the earth reflected his appreciation for life's natural beauty.

Armando's circle extended beyond family; he and Becky shared countless adventures with vacation buddies and longtime friends Larry and Kathy. Their camaraderie added richness to Armando's life, creating enduring memories that will be cherished by all who had the privilege of knowing him.

Armando was a loving father to his two daughters, Bobi and Crystal, and took immense joy in his role as a grandfather to Ashton, Lyra, Lily, and his great-granddaughter Millie. His son-in-laws, Kristopher and Jeremy, were not just family by marriage but embraced as cherished members of his heart. Armando's love for life and his ability to find humor in every situation left an indelible mark on the lives of those around him.

As we say our goodbyes, let us celebrate the life of Armando Arevalo—a man who found joy in family, laughter, traditions, the beauty of the world around him, and the dedication he brought to his professional life. May his memory be a source of comfort and inspiration for all who were touched by his infectious laughter and presence.

Services will be held on Saturday, February 3rd, at 10:00 am at Muller's Funeral Home in Kennewick, located at 1401 S Union Street. Join us for a reception at Armando and Becky's house to follow.
