James Edward Kinsey Sr., born August 7, 1944, passed away peacefully on July 31, 2026, at home in Pasco, Washington.

 James enjoyed fishing, painting and spending time with family and friends. He devoted his life to Christ, and had great faith. He is survived by his children, Chalonda Y. Oden (Robert), James E. Kinsey Jr. (Roberta), and Consuela V. Jackson (Darryl); and nine grandchildren and eight great grandchildren. 

A Memorial Service will be held on August 14, 2026, 3:00 PM at Morning Star Baptist Church, 631 S. Douglas St., Pasco, WA.
