Annette Faye Poland passed after a battle with cancer at Lourdes Medical Center in Pasco on May 28, 2016 at the age of 47. She is survived by her son, Richard Renteria and his wife, Genesis; daughter, Kylee Renteria; grandson, Rainan Renteria; parents, Danny and San-Dee Poland; sister, Dawn LaFayette and her husband Jamie; nephews, Kendall LaFayette, Brady LaFayette, Levi Fisher and his wife Meagan; and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins. Annette was born September 11, 1968 at Our Lady of Lourdes Hospital in Pasco. She graduated from Pasco High in 1986, and received her Associate Degree from Rose State College in Midwest City, Oklahoma. She worked as a Respiratory Therapist at Lourdes Medical Center for 16 plus years. She was highly respected and loved by her co-workers. Her caring and compassionate work ethic touched many lives. Annette was a very strong, independent person, and very dedicated mother. Being a grandma was one of her biggest joys. She enjoyed being the organizer of the Sunday Pot Lucks at work, playing Candy Crush on her tablet and being a soccer mom. She was known for always putting other's needs in front of her own and being a great friend. Memorial Services will be held Thursday, June 2, 2016, 11:00 a.m. at Mueller's Greenlee Funeral Home, 1608 W. Court Street in Pasco. Her final resting place will be Sunset Memorial Gardens in Richland. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to Helping Hands, c/o Sister Esther Polacci at Lourdes Medical Center.
