Obituary

On Sunday, October 15th, 2023 Angel and Aspen Hart were leaving a day filled with happiness spent at the pumpkin patch with family when they tragically passed away in a car accident. There are some who bring a light so great to the world, that even after they have gone— their light remains. Aspen and Angel were this light and remain the light for so many in our community. Both Angel and Aspen loved so many, and were loved by so many more.

Aspen Hart— 18 years young had a wild spirit, soft heart, and sweet soul. She has touched the lives of every individual she has encountered through her uplifting, radiant, and comforting demeanor. Aspen was a friend to all, and someone who loved fiercely. Aspen is a 2023 graduate of Kennewick High School and received her Associate's Degree from Columbia Basin College. This fall she enrolled at Heritage University to work towards her goal of obtaining a degree in Elementary Education with hopes of one day reaching her childhood dream of becoming a teacher. Aspen grew up dancing and cheering competitively in the Tri-Cities and continued to share her passion for dance with others upon graduating through coaching at Dance Image West. Every free moment Aspen had was spent with family and friends, and those she loved. Aspen was survived by her father and sister, Casey and Payten Hart, her best friend Carson Chavez, her grandparents, Sharon Adkins, William Adkins, Paul Hart (Marsha), and loving aunts, uncles and cousins.

Angel Hart— 50 years old had a joyful and beautiful soul. She had an energy that with even just one encounter with her, you would remember her for life. Angel embodied strength and resilience in every trial life threw at her including beating cancer. She was tenacious, bold, and ambitious. Angel's fun and altruistic outlook on life attracted all those who surrounded her. Angel Hart opened her own Photography Business in 2018– With Hart Photography. She captured beautiful memories through her exquisite photos. She always had an eye for seeing the beauty and the good in everything and everyone. Angel doubled as a best friend and mother to her two incredible daughters, Payten and Aspen, and she was a loving wife to her husband Casey. It was her greatest joy in life to be a wife and a mother. She was a rock to not only her family but all her friends as well. Angel Hart is survived by her loving husband, Casey, daughter, Payten (Devon), her father William, her mother, Sharon (Jerry), her sister Kristien (Scott), Sister-in-law Shelby (Brent) nieces—Ariana (Malyk) and Norah, nephews— L.J. (Emily) and Cade.

Angel and Aspen's light will forever shine bright.
