Obituary

Wesley Bradley, a longtime resident of the Tri-Cities, passed away January 23 at KGH. He was 76. He was born in Hewins, KS to Arley & Zelan Bradley. They moved to Pasco in 1943. In the early 50's they moved to Kennewick where he started his career in floor covering. He worked for Selden's, then Swanstorm's before he and his wife, Marge opened their own business, Wes Bradley Floorcovering in 1972, which has been operating 40 years. He was a great craftsman that could design and build anything and it was perfect. He loved fishing and hunting. He had bragging rights of catching an 8.9 lb. bass and many 5 lb. bass as well as harvesting 13 elk in 13 consecutive years. He was the envy of his hunting buddies in that he made his own goose decoys, from real geese hides. In his later years he kept himself occupied with gunsmithing, building and bluing guns, and checkering stocks. He could accomplish anything he put his mind to and was a lifetime member of the NRA. In 1955 he met his soon to be wife Marjorie Dalke. They married in 1956, ironically 56 years ago. They had four children. He was preceded in death by his son Kim, his parents, and two brothers, Wilbur and Warren. He leaves behind, his wife, Marge, son's Lance and Dana, daughter, Andrea Bradley-Berg, grandson, Dana Jr. and a granddaughter, the joy of his life for the last few years, Bailee Bradley, one older brother Wallace, cousins Eldo Carpenter, Betty Berry, and many nieces, nephews and second cousins. His wish was to be cremated and his ashes spread where he buried his beloved dog "Bo". We love and miss him. A memorial service will be held at Calvary Chapel, 10611 W. Clearwater Ave. in Kennewick on Saturday, February 16 at 11.00 a.m.. In lieu of flowers, donations to Bailee's tuition fund can be made in memory of her "Poppa", at the service or to her account at Tri-Cities Kennewick Community Credit Union, 2626 W. Kennewick Ave., so she can continue to attend Calvary Christian School. For additional information call Mueller's Tri-Cities Funeral Home at 783-9532.
