He was preceded in death by his parents, his 8 siblings and granddaughter Michelle Comstock. He was a multi-talented man and in his lifetime he has worked as a dept. store window designer, baker, jeweler, and cabinet maker. In the 70s he was a building contractor having built numerous custom homes in the Tri-Cities. He worked in his trade until the age of 75. He was a master craftsman and was always there with his skills and knowledge to give a hand. He was still working on projects in his shop until he suffered a stroke on May 2. He mentored and taught his trade to many nephews and other young men. His main passion in life was his family. He enjoyed large family gatherings and he and his wife always made the holidays special. He was a very kind, loving and generous man. He will be terribly missed but his legacy will always remain. A memorial service will be held at First Baptist Church of Kennewick, Monday June 23, at 2:00 pm.
