Virginia Ann Silva

December 24, 1950 - February 8, 2022

Virginia Ann Silva, 71, resident of Kennewick, passed away on February 8th, 2022 after a battle with cancer. Virginia was born on December 24th, 1950 to parents, Estanislao and Valentina Days in Honolulu, Hawaii. After Virginia graduated from Waianae High School in 1969, she went on to study at Canyon Business College. She also owned her own flower shop in Hawaii of which she operated with her family. In 1975, she married the love of her life, Francis Silva. They have a total of seven children; Shiela Silva, Tina Walker, Trisha (Carlos Zapata), Stasha Haynes (Jason), Tasha Silva, Shawn Silva (Nicole) and Troy Silva, as well as 16 grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren. She is survived by her four siblings; Bernadette Parsonage, Estanislao Jr., Bernard Daos and Lawrence Daos. Virginia loved watching and supporting her children then her grandchildren playing competitive sports. Everything from baseball, volleyball, football and bowling. Virginia loved family get-togethers with her entire family as well as ensuring everyone had plenty to eat. She lived her life to the fullest and was very proud of her entire family. We will have a celebration at the Richland Community Center on Friday, Feb. 18th, luau style just the way she would have wanted it.
