Obituary

Sally C. Comstock, 63, of Kennewick, Washington passed away September 15th, 2007 at home surrounded by loving family members and friends. She was born in Pasco, Washington on May 21st, 1944 to Vern and Maxine Lewis. She married William J. Comstock and lived most of her life in the Tri-Cities, where their two sons were born. She was a member of St. Joseph?s Catholic Church in Kennewick, a life long dream that she fulfilled. She will be remembered for her wonderful smile, friendly disposition and never knowing a stranger. She loved the outdoors and enjoyed going fishing and camping; she especially liked the Washington and Oregon Coast. She was loved by all who knew her and will be very much missed. She was preceded in death by her mother Maxine; father Vern; and brother Gordon Lewis. She is survived by her husband William J. Comstock, sons David and Michael Comstock; daughters-in-law Teri and Jodi Comstock; grandson Shawn Comstock; granddaughters Cassandra and Alexis Comstock; sister Nola and husband Allan Miller; brother Max Lewis and wife Brooke; and numerous nephews and nieces. Viewing will be held Wednesday, September 19, 2007, 1-4pm, at Mueller?s Tri-Cities Funeral Home, 1401 S. Union Street in Kennewick. Viewing will also be held at St. Joseph?s Catholic Church, 520 S. Garfield St in Kennewick on Wednesday, September 19th, 5-6pm with a Holy Rosary beginning at 6pm. A Funeral Mass will be Thursday, Sept 20th, at 11am, at St Joseph?s with an additional viewing prior to Mass from 9-10:30am. The family appreciates the loving care given by the Cancer Center and Hospice Staff. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Hospice House, 2108 W. Entiat, Kennewick, Washington, 99336, or the Kennewick Cancer Center, 7350 W. Deschutes Avenue, Bldg A, Kennewick, WA 99336.
