Ruth O'Daniel went peacefully in her sleep to meet her heavenly father. Ruth, 92, was born March 11, 1918 in Shady Grove Community near St. Joe, Arkansas. She was a homemaker and proud mother of six. Ruth married Columbus Lonzo in 1933; he preceded her in death along with her first born son James Lorenzo. Ruth is survived by her three sons Rev. William Leonard and wife Anna of Richland, Rev. Charles Leonard and wife Adele, Montesano, WA, Rev. Thomas Ray and wife Teri, Rochester Hills, MI and two daughters Leona Mae O'Daniel and husband Deiter, W. Richland, and Jeannie Faye O'Daniel, Richland. She is also survived by many grandchildren, great grandchildren and great, great grandchildren. Ruth was a fantastic pie baker, seamstress, and enjoyed most crafts. She faithfully attended church and was a Godly, loving woman who left us a legacy of wisdom, and the power of prayer. We love you and know deep down that you are rejoicing with Jesus. Funeral Services will be Saturday, May 22, 2010, 3:00pm, at Mueller's Tri-Cities Funeral Home, 1401 South Union Street, Kennewick with viewing Friday from 3 to 8pm.
