Robert Lee Kelsey 10/27/1930 ~ 09/08/2012 Robert Lee Kelsey, age 81, passed away Saturday, September 8, 2012 after a short illness. Bob was born October 27, 1930 in Alton, Illinois. Robert served in the US Army from June 18, 1953 to April 29, 1955. He worked as an auto mechanic in his earlier years and then as a Snap On Tool representative/ salesman for over 40 years until his retirement. He retired in 1992, then he and Margaret moved back to Pasco. Bob was preceded in death by his parents Arthur Kelsey and Lucille Gray Kelsey; son David Lee Kelsey; sisters Mary Ruth and brothers Bill and Earl Kelsey. He is survived by his wife of 64 years, Margaret; his son Greg of Spokane, Washington and his daughter Andrea Swan and her husband Kelley Swan of Monticello, Washington; his grandsons Garrett and Kaden Kelsey and granddaughters Haley and Courtney Swan. The Rosary will be held Thursday, September 13, 2012 at 6:00pm at Mueller's Greenlee Funeral Home in Pasco. The Mass will be Friday, September 14 at 2:30 p.m. at St. Patrick's Catholic Church, 11320 W Henry St in Pasco.
