Robert Goodrich March 12,1940 - June 1,2017 Burbank ,Washington Robert (Bob) James Goodrich passed away at 77 at his residence in Burbank, Washing., in the home of his good friends Mike Barnes and Melinda Hartman where he was a resident for over 20 years. He retired from being an Irrigation pump mechanic with Lusk Pump & Irrigation. There will be a Memorial in Washington for his friends on the 24th of June. A family memorial will take place in Santa Cruz on a date to be determined later. He joined the Air Force at 17 where he was stationed in Amarillo, Tex. Upon completing his service with the Air Force he then joined the Navy where he served 3 terms on the on the USS Enterprise during the Vietnam War. He was born at the Sister's Hospital in Santa Cruz, Calif. He attended Holy Cross School. He was preceded in death by his older brother George Goodrich,his parents George Goodrich and Elizabeth R, Goodrich as well as his son Robert Goodrich. Bob is survived by his siblings William T. Goodrich of Half Moon Bay, Calif., James L Goodrich of Oakhurst, Calif. and his sister Elizabeth A. (Bell) Goodrich of Soquel, Calif. Bob loved kids and has many grand-nieces and nephews and cousins. He loved car races, especially Drag races, which he went to with his brother Jim. He will be missed. Love you Bob!
