Rhyll Sandy Sharpe

January 13, 1956 - February 22, 2022

Rhyll S. Sharpe passed away on February 22, 2022 at Kadlec Medical Center in Richland, Washington. Rhyll was born January 13, 1956, to William and Kay Kays, in Ellensburg, Washington. She grew up in Finley and attended Finley School District from kindergarten to graduation in 1974. Rhyll married Stewart Sharpe on September 10, 1982 and they raised two sons, Kris and Douglas. Rhyll was a loving mom and a tremendous wife. She had many talents including, cross stitching, cooking, bowling, hosting parties and being very honest with people and doing that with a smile. Her favorite things to do were to read, especially to her sons at night before bed. Rhyll was active in the community as a member of Soroptimist of Three Rivers and sharing her love of Jesus with the Walk with Christ Community. Rhyll worked in the retail world. First managing Gloria Jeans Coffee and then assistant manager at Christopher and Banks until retirement in 2019. She loved working in a public setting and making lifelong friendships with her customers. Rhyll is preceded in death by her Dad, William Jack Kays. She is survived by her mom Kay Kays; husband Stewart; her sons Kris and Douglas; Sisters Carol (Tim) Henle and Lori (Scott) Sanders; many beloved nieces, nephews and cousins; mother in-law Ruth Sharpe and sister in-law Diane (Chris) Wells. A special thank you to all the Doctors, ARNP's, Nurses and CNAs at the Tri-Cities Cancer Center and Kadlec Regional Medical Center. Rhyll was always treated with love, compassion and kindness at everyone of her visits over the past thirteen years. They all have become a part of our extended family. A memorial service will be held at Hillspring Church, Richland on March 3rd at 2:00pm.
