Our beloved Minnie, age 59, of Pasco, passed away to be with her Lord on Thursday, April 6, 2006 after her courageous battle with a long-time illness. She was surrounded by her loving family and friends. Minnie was born June 8, 1946 in Yakima, Washington to Ramon and Valeria Ibarra Alcoser and had lived in the Tri-Cities for 33 years. Minnie was a Guadalupana and Godmother of many. She was often recognized for being committed and dedicated to making a positive difference in the lives of students and parents as well as her community and surrounding communities. Minnie is survived by her husband, Dale, of 42 years; her children, Amy Acevedo Jose, Rosamarie Acevedo Raymond, Patricia Pesina-Mercado Jose, Dale Jr. Danielle, 16 grandchildren and one great-grandchild. Minnie is also survived by her parents, Ramon and Valeria Alcoser, of Arizona, siblings, Elida Urbina Jesus, Juanita Carbajal, and Rosa Reyna Valentine from Arizona, Jose Alcoser Rita and Emma Longoria Pedro from Oregon and Ramon Alcoser Jr. Lily of Kennewick; numerous nieces, nephews, godchildren and friends. Viewing will be Monday, April 10, 2006 from 10:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. at Mueller?s Greenlee Funeral Home, 1608 W. Court Street, Pasco. The rosary will be recited Monday, April 10, 2006 at 7:00 p.m. at the church in Pasco. The Mass of Christian Burial will be held Tuesday, April 11, 2006 at 11:00 a.m. at St. Patrick?s Catholic Church, 1320 W. Henry, Pasco. Burial will follow at City View Cemetery just off of Oregon Avenue in Pasco. The family expresses their thanks to Dr. Vides and Dr. Varges and their nursing staff at La Clinica, the many other doctors who assisted in her illness, all of the staff members in the ICU units at Kadlec and Lourdes Medical Centers and the staff of Richland Rehabilitation Center and Eagle Assisted Living.
