Mike A Portillo, 63, of Kennewick lost his long battle with cancer on Thursday, July 27, 2006 Mike was in construction most all his life, a retired Carpenter and then was getting ready to retire from a career as a pipe fitter and piping supervisor. Mike and Judy came to the Tri Cities in August of 1996 to work on the Ponderosa fibers recycle for Boise Cascade and made the Tri Cities his home for the last ten years. Mike will be truly missed by all his family and friends; Mike has truly touched the lives of many people. Mike is survived by his wife Judy, seven children, sixteen grand children and three great grandchildren. Memorial service will be held at Mueller cemetery August 1, 2006 at 1 pm followed by Graveside services.
